This is just a rough start to my web page which is based in the community of Sioux City, IA. This will hopefully become a local hub for news, notes, race calendar, and race results on the area pavement. I can be reached at quadstaterunner@gmail.com. I welcome any suggestions readers may have. Everyone is also encouraged to post race results I may have overlooked or give me a heads up on any corrections I may need. Race directors, if you would like your event posted just send me the info and I will update it as soon as possible. If anyone would be interested in writing summaries or articles about their local races or have some interesting news or notes, feel free to shoot me an email!
